LUCCA. Grande soddisfazione per Eros Riccio che, col nome di
Sephiroth, si è aggiudicato anche il “1° Freestyle masters 2009” di
scacchi on line.
Si tratta della quinta vittoria consecutiva di Riccio in tutti i
cinque tornei mondiali on line di scacchi in stile libero che si sono
disputati nell’arco dell’ultimo anno.
Infatti, dopo il trionfo dell’aprile scorso nell’8° “Pas/Css/Freestyle
tournament”, patrocinato dal “Pal goup” di Abu Dhabi (Emirati Arabi
Uniti), nell’ottobre scorso Riccio si è imposto anche nel “Computer
bild spieler schach tournier” , acquisendo il diritto di essere ospite
d’onore alle olimpiadi di scacchi di Dresda; quindi, a novembre, ha
vinto il “The Welcome Freestyle Tournament”, torneo di benvenuto del
nuovo server di Infinity Chess, e a dicembre, il “Cristmas Freestyle
Tournament”.
E adesso per lui è arrivata la definitiva consacrazione nel “1°
Fresstyle Masters 2009”, dimostrando di essere, in questo momento, il
numero uno al mondo nel gioco degli scacchi in stile libero online.
Con 7 punti in dieci partite, Eros Sephiroth si è classificato al
primo posto assoluto davanti a Luminarydebris, alias Steven Cramton
(Usa).

GRANDE soddisfazione per Eros Riccio che, col nome di Sephiroth, si è

dimostrando di essere il numero uno al mondo negli scacchi on-line.
Con 7 punti in dieci partite “Eros Sephiroth” ha battuto
Luminarydebris (Usa), vincitore nel 2005, Spaghetti Chess del
palermitano Alberto Gueci e Shun_zu (Josè Antonio O’ Neil de Tyrone y
Daneyeo, Spagna).
Da sottolineare l’ottimo piazzamento dell’altro italiano Alberto
Gueci, che deve i suoi importanti risultati anche grazie alla
possibilità, concessagli dall’amico Riccio, di utilizzare Sikanda,
l’ormai famoso libro delle aperture dello scacchista lucchese.
